The Delhi Police stated it received intelligence inputs that pro-Khalistani group like Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) might be conspiring an entire power cut on The month of january 25 and The month of january 26.

The Delhi Police stated on Sunday that it is officials have obtained inputs in regards to a conspiracy to chop electricity over the national capital on The month of january 25 and The month of january 26.

Based on the intelligence input, pro-Khalistani group like US-based Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) might be conspiring an entire power cut on Republic Day along with a previous day.

The SFJ has threatened to chop electricity supply on The month of january 25 and 26, police stated.

Police further stated the BSES, an Indian private sector enterprise involved with power generation, seemed to be getting information from the couple of days about disruption in power in Delhi. These details seemed to be distributed to law enforcement.

Police suspect that discoms, power grids and power sub-stations could be targeted in Delhi around the 2 days.

After finding the information, the Delhi Police has beefed up security at power sub-station over the national capital.
