NASA’s 1st Salvadoran-USA in space is heading to WorldWide Space Station

The country’s first Salvadoran-American wide is going to the Worldwide Space Station.

Dr. Frank Rubio is going to be launching on the Russian Soyuz spacecraft Wednesday from Kazakhstan.

If all goes as planned, it will require six hrs to get at the area station.

Rubio is going to be on the six-month mission, orbiting Earth.

Rubio was created in La but increased up mostly in Florida.

He’s a physician and former Army helicopter pilot.

Salvadorans are the second biggest Latino group in California. His historic launch may come as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
