Focus on emotions is key to improving heart health
Washington [US], June 17 (ANI): Obese people who attended a non-judgemental and personalised lifestyle modification programme, improved their cardiovascular and mental health during just 10 weeks, according to a new study.
The research was supplied at EuroHeartCare - ACNAP Congress 2021, an online research congress in the European Community of Cardiology (ESC). Its participants dropped excess weight and obtained many benefits in anxiety and depression and actual data this includes blood pressure.
