The Walking Dead Stars Sendoff Show With Goodbye Video: “A Sincere Thanks”

“I must remember this isn’t a goodbye. It’s a sincere thanks,” a psychological Melissa McBride states inside a cast farewell video in front of the final instances of The Walking Dead. The AMC zombie drama returns using its eight last-ever episodes Sunday, October 2, concluding using the series finale on November 20. AMC Systems has released The Walking Dead: Satisfy the Generation Dead documentary, featuring recorded goodbyes – or see-you-laters – from cast people Norman Reedus, Lauren Cohan, Khary Payton, Paola Lazaro, Michael James Shaw, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Cohan, a set veteran since Season 2, echoed McBride’s sentiment: “I am so grateful that we have become the opportunity to allow it to be which it’s meant that much for you. We could not did this without one another.”

King Ezekiel actor Payton guaranteed The Walking Dead would “finish up in an instant,” while co-star Lazaro thanked fans “for your ongoing love and support.”

“It’s precisely due to you that we are able to perform this show, which is precisely due to you that we have labored so difficult to create a great show,” the Princess actor states. “So thanks. Gracias.”

Series newcomer Shaw, who became a member of the ultimate season because the armored General Mercer from the Commonwealth, thanked fans for welcoming him in to the TWD family. Adds Negan actor Morgan, “Appreciate every second of individuals eleven years. Appreciate your passion. The main reason we all do this – and I am i will not be the first ones to express it – is due to you. This is exactly why we all do it.”

Morgan and Cohan will reunite around the Walking Dead: Dead City, a spinoff delivering Negan and Maggie traveling into publish-apocalyptic Manhattan.
